At Eden Country Homes, we work very closely with our chosen consultants to ensure our properties have the optimum energy efficiency ratings. We go the extra mile to achieve this, resulting in most of our homes reaching a B band rating or above.
We ensure all efforts are made to recycle the materials generated when we demolish a building on site. We also look to use reclaimed materials where feasible on as many of the projects we undertake where this isn't possible use local suppliers to minimise the impact of transportation. |
We are also sensitive to the areas in which we operate and try to reduce the disruption our building activities cause in terms of noise and pollution. We also ensure that our properties are designed to fit into the landscape that they are sited in, using natural materials where possible.
We are very particular with our design to ensure that we maximise the use of natural light and water harvesting where possible and all future projects that we are undertaking are being built considering and utilising alternative fuel sources where possible such as solar and hydropower. |
